Our Center
Established by two board certified psychiatrists, TMS Program offers the clinical knowledge and skills, expertise, and experience to assess and address all psychiatric conditions with a focus on depression and OCD. After an in depth consultation, our clinicians will determine whether or not TMS is the most appropriate treatment for you. At our clinic we offer, all cutting edge TMS options: Focal TMS, Deep TMS and 3 minutes Express TMS®.

Meet Dr. Dal
Board Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. Dalkilic (Dr. Dal) graduated from Psychiatry Residency Training Program of Yale University in 1999. Dr. Dal has been a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 2000 and has been practicing psychiatry in New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. He specializes in treatment resistant depression, OCD as well as psychopharmacology. He has been a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Temple University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. He began his MPH training at Yale University School of Public Health and obtained his MPH degree from George Washington University, School of Public Health and Health Services, in 2002. He was selected and participated in the 2008 Future Leaders in Psychiatry Program organized by Emory University, while practicing psychiatry at Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Medicine, as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry (2005-2009). Dr Dal is a member of Clinical TMS Society, APA, and NJPA.
Meet Dr. Yilmaz
Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist
Fellowship in TMS
Dr Yilmaz is board certified for children, adolescent and adult psychiatry. Dr. Yilmaz joined Saint Elizabeths Hospital Psychiatry Residency Training Program in Washington DC, after completing her MS in Tumor Biology program of Georgetown University. Dr. Yilmaz continued her psychiatry residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. She completed her child and adolescent fellowship at Virginia Treatment Center for Children. Dr. Yilmaz completed TMS Fellowship program at Duke University. Dr. Yilmaz served as an assistant professor at UMDNJ for two years.
Dr Yilmaz believes in a balanced & individualized approach for addressing the behavioral, social or emotional challenges. Therefore, she offers a variety of psychiatric services including comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy and medication management.
